Establish mammalian surface display library through genetic engineering 2. Establish validation methodologies for the library of engineered cells 3. Integrate the mammalian display library with the genetic/chemical screening platform 4. Expand the cell culture capacity to support R&D pipelines 5. Supervise junior-level research associates to achieve the project goals 6.
